We had an outlet fire in the afternoon and the fire department told us to call an electrician. We made some calls, but Presto was still open and able to come out within 45 minutes. When Richard arrived he checked the outlet and wiring explaining the cause; fixing it, and reassuring us that it was an isolated incident. He was very thorough and I'm glad he was available. Very professional, polite, friendly, and their work is so neat. They've installed a ceiling fan where no ceiling light existed, and an electric socket in our powder room , where there had been none.
